Processing of orders

Payments are debited before items are shipped by Murray Ward. Items are shipped within 4-6 working days of payment being received. Cheques will have to be cleared before goods are shipped.

If when you receive your order the packaging is either damaged or you believe it has been tampered with, do NOT sign for the delivery without the postman making a record of the damage, as this means we can not claim for loss. If you accept a damaged parcel we cannot replace any of the contents free of charge. Faulty or damaged goods must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.
